1. The LifeMiles e-Store: what is it?

The LifeMiles e-Store is a shopping engine that lets you earn LifeMiles when shopping online. Simply log in with your LifeMiles number and PIN# and then you can start earning LifeMiles on your purchases through our hundreds of partner merchants. After you have made a purchase, the merchant issues a confirmation to the LifeMiles e-Store and we calculate your LifeMiles. In addition to miles, LifeMiles e-Store offers buyers a wide range of coupons from our partner merchants.


2. How do I receive the LifeMiles that I have accumulated?

The LifeMiles that you accumulate at the LifeMiles e-Store will be automatically deposited into your LifeMiles account. Because we rely on the merchants to report your purchases back to the LifeMiles e-Store, it may take up to 40 days from your purchase date for the LifeMiles to be calculated and posted to your LifeMiles account.


3. How do I earn LifeMiles?

Simply log in, click from the LifeMiles e-Store to any of our partner merchants and make purchases as you normally would. The merchant issues a confirmation to the LifeMiles e-Store and we calculate your LifeMiles based on your purchases.


4. How long until the LifeMiles appear in my account?

Because we rely on the merchants to report your purchases back to the LifeMiles e-Store, it may take up to 40 days from your purchase date for the LifeMiles to be calculated and posted to your LifeMiles account.


5. Do I do something special on the website of the merchant?

You can shop as you do normally, and your purchase will appear as it normally would on the partner merchant website. By visiting the LifeMiles e-Store and clicking to the partner merchant website, tracking is enabled so that the LifeMiles can be credited back to your account based on your purchase.


6. How do I know how much I have in my account?

You can check your account on our site. The majority of the LifeMiles should be credited to your account 40 days after delivery of your order, and many partner merchants will report your purchases back to the LifeMiles e-Store sooner for quicker crediting to your account.


7. How do I know which merchants offer LifeMiles?

You can search for merchants by category, the name of the retailer or LifeMiles offered by each partner merchant.


8. Are my transactions through the LifeMiles e-Store secure?

The LifeMiles e-Store does affect the security processes already in place at each of our partner merchant sites.

Yes. The LifeMiles e-Store works with many merchants who ship to customers outside the United States..


10. How do I view and edit my account?

Your can view and update your LifeMiles account at the main LifeMiles website.


11. Do I earn LifeMiles buying directly at the stores of the LifeMiles e-Store?

No, to earn miles you must do all your purchases online through the e-Store while logged into your LifeMiles account. If you do any kind of purchases at the store’ site without being logged, or at the retail store directly, your purchases will not accumulate LifeMiles.
