Our low Standard Delivery shipping charges are based on the total value of merchandise shipped to each address. Tax Policy
Taxes are calculated for each shipping address total based on the state to which the item(s) is shipped. We will add all applicable taxes to items shipped to AZ, CA, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, IL, IN*, KS*, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN*, MO*, NC*, NJ*, NY*, OH*, PA*, RI*, TX*, VA, WA* and WI*. States marked with an asterisk (*) also require a tax on shipping. Payment Policy
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Optima, NOVUS (Discover Network), the Crate and Barrel Credit Card, and Crate and Barrel Gift/Shop Cards. Return Policy
Crate and Barrel will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 90 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip. Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail or in person at any Crate and Barrel store (excluding Outlet locations).
