Shipping Policy
When you order multiple items, there is a good likelihood that the shipping charges will actually decrease. This will depend on the weight, size, and insurance required. To determine, the final shipping cost for an order, simply place all your items in the shopping cart. If you are not already there, enter into the shopping cart screen. Scroll to the bottom and enter the zip code. Press the "Check Shipping Rates". This will calculate the shipping charges. For certain items with a special discount on shipping, the shipping charges will add cumulatively (unless multiple items are purchased). We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes but we do ship internationally via UPS worldwide express and UPS worldwide expedited. Tax Policy
All customers outside of California will not be charged any tax. Therefore, there is no need to fax or set up any reseller tax exemption form. However, if you work for a tax-exempt agency within California, after you complete your purchase, fax us at 408-719-5026 your Government Tax Exempt permit and include the sales order number. You will only need to submit this form once. We will refund you the tax portion of your order. Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MC, Amex and Discover. Return Policy
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number and return the merchandise to us within our Return or Warranty policy period. SuperBiiz.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. For RMA returns for refund, the part must be returned in brand new and unused condition with all original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging included. Missing items will incur further charges or less of a refund. For replace/repair, please return the whole set. Items returned within the 30 day return period will need to have all accessories included. For motherboard returns after the 30 day return period, please send the motherboard back without the accessories since the replacement we obtain from the manufacturer will not include the accessories. There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
