Shipping Policy
We will ship your order to the shipping address that you provide in the United States, US Territories, US Military bases (US & Abroad), Australia, Canada and the UK. Shipping costs depend on the dollar total of your order. We offer budget, standard, 3-day, express and premium shipping and you can receive your order between 1 and 8 business days. We ship our orders through either UPS or the US Postal Service (USPS). Payment Policy

Every purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, just send it back to us within 14 days from the time you received it. Just follow the return steps on the back of the invoice that came with your order. Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable. We can't take certain items back unless they're returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. Non-Returnable Items include: wigs, facial hair, teeth, fangs, undergarments, hosiery, video tapes, DVDs, CDs, eyelashes and cosmetics. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are incorrect due to a manufacturer error. Wholesale purchases and volume discount orders are also not returnable.
