Shipping Policy
We ship orders worldwide with fixed shipping rates. 2-7 day ground (Via UPS) is $7.95 (not available for AK and HI), 2-business-day Air (Via UPS, FedEx, or DHL) is $14.95, next-business-day air (Via UPS, FedEx, or DHL) is $27.95, next day air saturday delivery (Via UPS or FedEx) is $45.00, USPS priority mail for military addresses is $15.00, and UPS international express is $60 to $90. If shipping costs exceed $90, we will notify you prior to shipping your order. Please be advised that orders shipped outside the USA will be marked as commercial goods and your government may impose customs import duty or tax on your order. You are solely responsible for paying any and all of these duties (as they vary by country). Tax Policy
Tiger GPS only charges sales tax for orders being shipped to the states of California (8.25%), Illinois (6.25%), and Connecticut (6.0%) because that is where our company has offices. Tax is calculated according to shipping address. If you are a legally tax-exempt organization or an authorized reseller, you may be exempted from paying sales tax by faxing the appropriate documents prior to your order at 509-561-6735. We offer a 30-day return policy on all items unless otherwise noted on the individual product page. Your return must be shipped back to us by the 30th day after we send your order, or your return will be refused. After the 30-day period, customers must contact the manufacturer for direct return or repair information. For defective and unopened merchandise there is a 5% Restocking Fee for Refund while opened merchandise has 5% Restock Fee for Store Credit/Replacement and 10% Restocking Fee for Refund.
