Shipping Policy
For standard shipping in all 50 States, P.O. Box, Military (APO/FPO) and U.S. territories pay only $5 or free when your order totals $50 or more. All other countries, pay only $24.95 and get your order via USPS. Your order should arrive between 10-15 business days depending on your location, varies by location. Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. Payment Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, all you have to do is contact Customer Service within 30 days of your purchase to obtain return instructions. Once received, returns are processed within 5 business days. We will send you an email once we have processed your return. You will be issued a credit for 100% of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges if applicable. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for returned items that become lost in transit. We recommend you choose a delivery method with tracking and/or insurance. We reserve the right to refuse a return. Customers must obtain their RMA number by contacting customer service, otherwise the return will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible to pay for shipping of the product back to them. A shipping fee may apply to exchanges for which spalook is not responsible.
