Shipping Policy
We deliver to the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. Rates range from $6.95 to $12.95 depending on time slot and order size. For a 2-hour delivery window, orders greater than $150 will be charged from $6.95 to $9.95 and orders less than $150 will be charged from $9.95 to $12.95. For a 4-hour delivery window, all orders will be charged from $6.95 to $9.95. You need at least $50 in your cart before you can schedule our delivery service. Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards. Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are also acceptable. Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with an item when it is delivered or you receive an incorrect order, notify your driver, and he/she will return it to the store and your credit card will receive a refund if applicable. If your driver is no longer present, please contact our customer service center to help resolve your issue. (Note: To receive a refund you must notify the Genuardis.com Customer Service Center within 48 hours from the time of delivery with any issues pertaining to your order.) Certain items, including alcoholic beverages, baby formula and tobacco products, cannot be returned once you have accepted delivery.
