Shipping Policy
For standard delivery within the 48 continental United States, we use UPS Ground. Sales to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air only. International sales are shipped via United Parcel Service International Express, where available. All return claims must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Items returned must be received in salable condition with all original packaging, manuals, parts, accessories and paperwork intact. All returns not exchanged for another item are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Defective items will be replaced without charge. Shipping charges are not refundable. Due to their personal nature, breast pumps, MediJector Insulin Injectors and CardioChek Testing Strips cannot be returned unless they are unopened and/or the seal has not been broken. Defective products are warranted by the manufacturers and should be returned to them for repair or replacement.
