Shipping Policy
Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States, Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. There is no shipping & handling charge for Gift Cards delivered via Standard Delivery. Tax Policy
Current law requires us to collect sales or other applicable state taxes, based on the order’s "ship to" address, in those states or jurisdictions where Express stores are located. Express follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Payment Policy
Currently, we accept the Express Credit Card, the Express Gift Card, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Gift cards backed by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa are also acceptable if the corresponding logos appear on the card. Return Policy
Express gladly accepts returns and exchanges made within 90 days of purchase by mail or to any Express store. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping, but Express will ship any new exchanged merchandise free of charge.
