Shipping Policy
Shipping options include Standard Service, 2nd Day Service, Next Day Service, Priority Mail via the USPS. Priority Mail is the only available shipping option to the following states: FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, PR, VI, AE, AP and AS. Orders shipping Standard Service to NJ, PA and IL will ship via Smart Post (Service Delivered by carrier to the USPS, then USPS delivers to your destination.) Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and AA will ship via Smart Post. Please Note: 2nd Day Service and Next Day Service are not available for orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and AA. Priority Mail is only available on the above mentioned orders. Tax Policy
Federal law requires us to add the appropriate sales tax on any order shipped to a state where we operate a retail store. Currently, we operate 680 retail stores in 48 states. Please visit our Store Locator to identify the states with retail locations. Sales tax will be automatically calculated during the checkout process according to applicable local and state laws. Please note: some states require us to tax shipping charges as well as merchandise. Payment Policy
For your convenience, we accept all major charge cards for online purchases including our private label credit card: PLACE Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus. We do not accept payment by check, money order, cash or Gift Card for online purchases. Return Policy
With every order we ship, we include a Packing Slip/Receipt. Please keep your Packing Slip, as it is important to you. With it, you may return or exchange your purchase within six months of your order and receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
