We are obligated to withhold sales tax for delivery within certain states and all such taxes shall be automatically charged and withheld. Unless Customer provides us with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to our acceptance of the order, the customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order not collected by us. If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials and enclose a letter of explanation. Returned products without a letter of explanation or missing accessories may not be accepted. A return label is included in the package. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package and send it to our warehouse via UPS or insured parcel post.
