Free people offers standard, 2-day and next day delivery. Tax Policy
If you live in, or ship your order to, a state where Free People maintains a physical presence, we are required to charge you local sales tax on your purchase. We collect tax for deliveries to the following states: PA, VA, NJ, NY, MA, IL, CA, CT, TX & SC. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges where applicable. Payment Policy

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out; Free People will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Simply follow the directions on the back of the packing slip to return merchandise for credit. If you would like other items you may place another order through the web site or specify what items you would like in the "New Merchandise" area on the packing slip. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.
