Shipping Policy
Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you would like to send items to different addresses you will need to place an order for each address. Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, New York & Company will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card. All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions. Payment Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your New York and Company purchase, simply return it within 60 days of purchase. A current valid photo ID (such as a driver's license, state-issued non-driver's ID, or military ID) is required for all in-store returns and will be recorded at the time of the return.
