CyberLink offers two ways to deliver your software: Via downloading: We will email downloading instructions directly to your email address. By physical shipment: We will send you the retail box package with CD-ROM via air mail. Currently, CyberLink's e-commerce partner (element 5) accepts payments by Credit Card, Switch/Solo, Bank/Wire Transfer, Check, or Cash. Currently you can purchase products at the CyberStore in the following currencies: US Dollars and Euro. For digital downloads, you may return a product within 30 days of purchase with no questions asked. A Letter of Destruction is required for a complete refund. Physical products may also be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. You will need to ship the product back. Please contact element 5 for more information. For your protection, you may include the Extended Download Service on any digital product order. The Extended Download Service gives you the right to re-download the software for two years from the date of purchase. You can add the Extended Download Service to your digital order on the Order/Credit Card Page by placing a check mark in the box next to the option. If you choose not to add the Extended Download Service to your order, you will be charaged an additional US$4.95.
