Shipping Policy
Most orders ship the day we receive them at our fulfillment center. During peak periods we can experience a one or two day delay. AVERAGE delivery time is 14-21 days from receipt of an order. Orders are shipped via Media Mail or UPS from the website, depending upon what you choose. To choose a different carrier, you will need to call in your order at 1-888-615-3186. Special shipping requests carry an additional handling charge. Occasionally we run short of an item ordered. We will ship the balance of your order and notify you of the backordered item. Please not do contact our office about non-delivery of an item less than four weeks from the date of your order.
