Shipping Policy

Tax Policy
Sales tax applies to the state where the merchandise is being shipped. Since Journeys is registered to conduct business throughout the United States, sales tax must be added to your order at your local sales tax rate, where applicable. For tax exempt customers, please call us during our hours of operation - Monday through Friday from 8AM to 10PM Central time; Saturday and Sunday from 10AM to 5PM Central time - to place your order by phone. Payment Policy
Journeys accepts all major credit cards. When placing an order with a credit card, we must be able to verify the billing and shipping addresses with your credit card company. If for any reason we are unsuccessful, your order will be canceled and you will be notified by email. We do accept checks or money orders for orders placed through the mail. We also DO NOT accept CASH, C.O.D. orders, or gift cards other than Journeys Zap cards, including visa/mastercard and mall gift cards. Note: Zap cards are currently not redeemable online, however, if you would like to use your Zap Card as payment, we would be happy to take your order over the phone. Return Policy
We will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise in its original packaging with receipt within 30 days. Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of the merchandise before wearing. You may return the unworn merchandise by either shipping it back to us in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt, or returning it to a retail store near you. Some orders can not be returned to stores. See Web/Catalog Only Returns below. Shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you choose to exchange an item you will not be charged additional shipping and handling. Exchanges will be sent UPS Ground. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to be received, processed and to appear on your credit card statement. Be sure to include the return/exchange form provided with your order.
