Most products are shipped from our distribution center. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box and in the event of a delay you will be notified. Item numbers that begin with "D" are shipped directly from the factory and require a street address in the Continental U.S. and may take additional time to reach you. Because some items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher; therefore they have an additional charge as noted in the product description.
