Included with every order is a packing slip. It contains your Order Summary, Exchange/Return Form and Return Shipping Label. Please refer to the back of the Order Summary for instructions on how to return your item(s). Return your package via Insured Parcel Post (US Mail) or via UPS (United Parcel Service). Please keep your shipper's receipt until you have received your exchange or refund. If you request a refund, Norm Thompson will refund using the original payment method.
