An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is mandatory for all returned merchandise. Notification must be made within one week of order receipt via email at sales@bodycandy.com or by phone at 716-694-6500. Please provide your ORDER NUMBER and the ITEM NUMBER of the jewelry piece in question when contacting. Please be aware that no credits or refunds will be issued, rather the item will be replaced with a new one unless inventory does not permit.
