We offer a 30 Day Cash Back and 90 Day store Credit Program. All Returns Must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. To get your return Authorization number, please go to http://www.wildties.com/returns. Items Received within 30 days of the purchase date receive a full refund of the purchase price. Wild ties does not reimburse shipping and handling fees. Items received after 30 days, but Before 90 days from the purchase date, are eligible for a Store Credit Only. Store Credits are good toward future purchases at wildties.com and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Return Postage is the responsibility of the customer; they suggest shipping your return with insurance.
