Shipping Policy
Ashro will process all orders promptly and ship as soon as possible. If they are out of stock on an item, you will be notified. Ashro does not process credit/Debit cards until your merchandise has been shipped from their Fulfillment center. Allow 7-12 business days for standard delivery. Web orders placed after 11:00 a.m. CST will be processed the next business day. Next day deliveries and two day deliveries are business days only. Any item may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of ship-date (minus delivery charges). Your Return Authorization form is on the other side of your invoice. Fill out the form completely and send back with your package, or call 1-866-854-6106. All items may only be returned if tags are still affixed. Send your return via UPS or insured parcel post. If you return a gift that you have received, please include the name and address of the gift giver. Send all returned packages to the address indicated on your packaging slip.
