Shipping Policy
Orders for Army Post Office (APO) addresses will ship via the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail) to the Army Post Office depot. The military handles the delivery once the packages arrive at the designated AA, AE or AP address, and from that point the delivery is subject to the military delivery schedules. Place your order online, once we receive your order information you will be contacted within via e-mail with a shipping quote. The shipping charges will be a discounted fee based on actual shipping rates. Once you have approved the total cost, including shipping charges, payment can be made. Additionally, certain oversized items including furniture cannot be shipped to these addresses. Freight delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses or international addresses and is available to the contiguous U.S. only. Tax Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Ababy.com standard purchase within the first 21 days of your delivery date, we will take back the product and issue a refund or exchange. Please note that all refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval by our Customer Service Department. All products must be in perfect condition, unused, and resalable.
