If you wish to return the product(s), they will refund the product's subtotal. Shipping cost will not be refunded from your original receipt and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Product(s) must be returned within 14 days upon receiving the merchandise for a refund/exchange. Products sent after 14 days will include a 20% restocking fee. HansonEllis do not accept products after 30 days. You are required to request RMA (return merchandise authorization) for any returns, exchanges, or refunds by contacting support@hansonellis.com or calling 1.877.75FAVOR. Please note reason for exchange or return on the invoice. For customer's protection, insure the package against damage/lost.
