For guaranteed faster delivery, choose our VIP (Very Important Package) Service for an additional $6.95. Orders received before 2 p.m. ET for in-stock items will be out the door the same day and in your hands within 2-3 business days of leaving our warehouse. Sahalie also offerd Overnight Delivery for an additional $14.95. If Sahalie receives your order before 2 p.m. ET for in-stock items it should arrive the next business day. Not available to P.O. Sahalie is based in Oregon, a sales tax-free state. A sales tax only applies for West Virginia residents, shipping to West Virginia. West Virginia residents add 6% tax to total purchase (automatically calculated at time of check out). Included with every order is a packing slip. It contains your Order Summary, Exchange/Return Form and Return Shipping Label. Please refer to the back of the Order Summary for instructions on how to return your item(s). Return your package via Insured Parcel Post (US Mail) or via UPS (United Parcel Service). Please keep your shipper's receipt until you have received your exchange or refund. If you request a refund, Sahalie will refund using the original payment method. Please let them know if you would prefer a gift certificate in place of a refund.
