-To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product, send Kegworks an Email . For faster service, please include the following in your email: name, invoice/order number, product being returned, and the reason for return request. -NO returns of any type will be accepted without a valid RA number. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue and we must receive returns within 21 days of the original ship date. -Your RA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment. -Returns must be 100% complete, in ORIGINAL and RESALEABLE condition, with all original boxes and packing materials.
