NutriSystem's return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition, for a refund on the unused portion of your order. Simply contact the Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number. Please note that we can process returns and refunds for items purchased from NutriSystem only. Items purchased through a QVC show must be returned to QVC for proper credit. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Be sure to write the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) on the package. Ship to the address indicated on the label.For more information, please visit the store's site
