Standard delivery, which is regular ground shipping, takes 3-5 business days on the East Coast, 5-7 business days for the Mid-West, and 7-10 business days for West Coast customers. For those customers who desire their Paul Fredrick merchandise sooner, Paul Fredrick offers two different types of rush delivery. Next day air service is offered for an additional charge of $10 and permits delivery two business days from the placement of the order. For example, if the order is placed on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. Second day air service is offered for an additional charge of $5 and allows your items to be delivered in three business days. Paul Fredrick wants you to be delighted. If you are not satisfied, they will gladly exchange or refund your purchase for the useful life of that item. Simply send the item back using the return label included on your packing slip. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping costs, monogramming and alteration charges will not be refunded.
