All items are shipped in discreet packaging from Los Angeles, California. Shipping charges are determined by the number of products you are ordering. Within the US, there is a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 per order plus $.50 per item ordered. The exact shipping & handling charge will be calculated for you on the Shopping Basket page when you place your order. If an item is defective, International Jock will offer you a refund or exchange. However, please keep in mind that most of the items they carry are of an intimate nature and by law cannot be returned if they have been opened. Please send e-mail to info@internationaljock.com for a return authorization. They will replace the defective item at no cost or, if you wish to cancel the order, they will issue you a refund for the purchase price of the defective product after it has been returned to them. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. When returning product to them, they recommend that you send it via an insured carrier.
